David’s professional experience in sales, the hospitality industry, and multiple startup environments acted as an incubator that’s fostered a valuable skill set. His passion
for real estate began in early childhood, and he is energized by the opportunity to meet the needs of his community. He takes great pride in prompt and courteous
follow-through with well-researched market analysis, dedicated contract negotiation, and consultation on systems and processes.

Areas of Specialization

As a native Chicagoan, David’s professional career started at Chick-fil-A as one of the youngest Directors of Operations within Chick-fil-A’s portfolio of over 2,000 freestanding units. In 2016 David brought his talents to Oklahoma City to work for a boutique oil and gas brokerage firm where he facilitated transactions valuing over 3m dollars and totaling over 1000 mineral acres. Always having an interest in commercial real estate; as well as, wanting to work in an industry where he would have the ability to be more impactful within his local community, David transitioned into commercial real estate brokerage in early 2020. David currently specializes in office leasing and investment sale; where he works to be the best advocate, fiduciary, and steward of his client’s needs.
