Caleb Cox
Caleb Cox is a real estate professional with experience in assisting companies, investors, and developers with the sale and leasing of all types and classes of industrial real estate and land. With a focus on corporate services at both regional and national levels, Caleb has helped companies across the south-central region and nation buy, sell, and lease industrial properties. His in-depth market knowledge, strong local relationships, and unique data-driven approach have enabled him to acquire off-market assets for his clients at a local level. Caleb is also experienced in project leasing and has been recognized for his performance with multiple Power Broker awards for top lease and sale transactions.
Caleb’s upbringing and involvement in his family’s international manufacturing business from a young age until graduating college provided him with an unparalleled understanding of the challenges and concerns that businesses face. He worked in multiple roles including industrial sales, where he learned the ins and outs of the industrial market and how to approach sales with an understanding of the unique challenges, needs, and behaviors of individuals and businesses. With this combination of knowledge and experience, Caleb is uniquely positioned to help his clients navigate the complex world of industrial real estate.
Caleb’s position on a team of three in the Oklahoma City office has allowed them to establish themselves as one of the most active industrial brokerage teams in Oklahoma City. However, his reach goes beyond just the local level, as he has access to Cushman & Wakefield’s global network, which spans across 60 countries and includes over 52,000 professionals.
Outside of the office, Caleb enjoys spending time with friends and family, fitness, traveling, and going to the lake. He has attended Life Church for over a decade.
