About
Two, five (5) year (Oklahoma City and Moore) and one, one (1) year (Shawnee) leasebacks to First American Title Insurance Company, a subsidiary of First American Financial Corporation (NYSE: FAF), commencing upon closing of the portfolio purchase. Initial lease rates will be as set forth in this offering memorandum and will increase annually by 2%; the leases for Oklahoma City and Moore will contain two (2), five (5) year Fair Market Value renewal options under the same terms and conditions as the primary term. The leases are absolute NNN with Tenant responsible for all expenses including taxes, insurance, maintenance, including roof and structure (normal wear & tear excepted).
